​The sessions will be an Introduction to Crossfit where we will teach you some of the basic movements and show how we program our classes.

Then the fun will begin, you'll take part in your first crossfit workout!!

​Here at Crossfit Scarborough, we pride ourselves on being the first Crossfit affiliate in the Scarborough area.

Our goal is to provide a community based strength and conditioning program. This is a unique style of training where egos are left at the door and everyone is treated as an equal no matter your ability, all workouts are scaled to suit the individual with sessions run in a class format, encouraged and pushed by one another whether it be in a personal challenge or a team event. Good friends are made when all are facing the same challenge.

We promise to coach and provide you with quality training and nutritional advice to ensure you achieve your goals whether it being weight loss, increase in strength, stamina, athletic performance or just to promote good movement to deal with daily tasks or promote independence in later years. We are here to help you achieve!!
