Our Hiit (High intensity interval training) Class is a full body workout made up of bodyweight movements designed to burn fun during and long after your session has finished.
Kettlebell Condition ClassWednesday nights at 7.30pm
Kettlebell Conditioning is specifically designed to burn fat and increase strength. Its a 45 min class created to be fun and progressive with a range of movements to keep things interesting and different every time you attend. We have Kettlebells to suit all abilities, everyone is welcome.
