At first glance Crossfit membership prices may come across some what more expensive than your average gym. We are no average gym!! You will never be left to train by yourself. Our classes are essentially small group personal training sessions.
We personally program the daily workouts (scaled to your ability if needs be), coach the workouts and offer nutritional advice to complement the training.
We believe you will want to be a member of Crossfit Scarborough. We're about a community where you'll meet new friends and have regular social events take place, whether it be meals/ nights outs/ barbecues and charity events and above all you'll achieve results you never thought possible!
On ramp courses are designed to introduce and make familiar all the fundamental movements of Crossfit which you will need to be able to do to take part in the Daily workout classes.
Our on ramp course consists of 3 sessions, where in each session you will learn 3 of the 9 fundamental movements and also take part in a high intensity workout design specifically for people new to Crossfit.
