In order to achieve the above Crossfit uses a structured program which includes daily coached workouts (WODs). The daily workouts consist of daily workout sessions which are programmed to be constantly varied, using a range of functional movements such as: Running, Rowing, Gymnastics, Strength training and Olympic lifting; which are all performed at a high intensity.
People of all ages are capable of doing Crossfit. We scale the loads and intensity of the workouts but not the program, to meet the individual needs and capabilities.
Crossfit increases athletic performance of any individual whether sports person or just simply unfit.
