No Sweat Intro (Free - 20 minutes)

The No Sweat Intro is the perfect time for us to discuss your goals and for us to advise you on how we think you can achieve them. We will also offer advice on nutrition and staying motivated.


Onramp (2 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions)

Everyone who joins us needs to complete our Onramp course. This is where we coach you through the fundamental movements of our training program and show you how our classes run. This will provide you with confidence to get to work once in the classes, no matter your previous gym experience.
